Understanding the materiality of bamboo and the social responsibility we have as architects to create sustainable designs, the assignment tasked us to dissect  our understanding of architectural principles and elements to create a structure that captures the beauty of bamboo, and it's flexibility as a rigid and fluid material. In the end, we created a structure with a fluid, woven facade, curving itself around a rigid structure that holds the pieces together.
